The appSensor BM31WP is an electronic moisture indicator for non-destructive, capacitive measurement of near-surface moisture in walls, floors and ceilings when used in combination with the free MultiMeasure Mobile app. The device is ready for immediate use, connects easily to your smartphone and allows you to quickly and conveniently locate moisture distributions – completely without damaging the material.
In addition to fast indication of near-surface moisture values, the BM31WP is ideally suited as a preliminary testing device for assessing the readiness of building materials for covering in CM measurements. Compared to conventional, non-app-supported devices, users benefit from significantly more flexibility, powerful analysis functions, comprehensive data management and professional documentation thanks to the intelligent combination of appSensor and app.
Different measurements taken at different times can be compared directly in the app or combined for differentiated on-site analyses. Practical features such as alarm function, data export to advanced analysis software and direct report creation further expand the application possibilities.
With the MultiMeasure Mobile app, minimum, maximum and average values are displayed automatically, individual readings can be marked directly in images, and even detailed, photo-linked moisture matrices can be created, saved and sent. The measurement grid can be overlaid on a real image and later exported as a superimposed graphic – ideal for clear documentation and professional reports directly on site.
