The BX50 MID is one of the most compact ready-to-connect MID-compliant energy consumption meters on the market and the ideal solution for craftsmen, service companies and professionals who need to reliably measure electricity consumption on site for billing purposes. The MID-certified energy consumption meter can be plugged directly between the electrical device and a standard 230 V socket without any installation effort. Operation is deliberately simple: a single menu button provides access to all measurement values. The illuminated display shows watts, volts, amperes, active power, power factor (cos φ), kWh and frequency. While the total consumption counter is tamper-proof in accordance with legal requirements, an additional resettable daily counter is available for flexible measurements.

Thanks to MID conformity according to EN50470-1/3, the BX50 MID is approved for legally compliant commercial energy consumption measurement for billing purposes. For additional security, it features two integrated sealing slots, allowing the device to be protected against manipulation using optional seals – a unique solution in this device class.
