The appSensor BM22WP is an intelligent electronic moisture meter for precise measurement of wood and building moisture using the resistance method in combination with the free MultiMeasure Mobile app. Ready for immediate use, the device connects easily to your smartphone and enables fast and reliable detection of near-surface moisture in a wide range of materials. Thanks to its interchangeable steel puncture pins, the BM22WP ensures optimal contact with the test material and delivers quick, accurate results for firewood, cut timber and soft building materials such as plaster, screed or masonry.
Compared to conventional moisture meters, the smart combination of appSensor and app opens up completely new possibilities: measured values can be compared over time, analysed directly on site and professionally documented. Practical features such as alarm functions, data export, report generation and photo-linked moisture matrices with MIN, MAX and average values make the BM22WP a powerful solution for inspection, assessment and documentation. The measurement grid can even be stored with a real image and exported as a graphic overlay – perfect for professional reports created and sent directly from the app.
