Fast, non-destructive detection of near-surface moisture
The BM31 is an electronic moisture indicator for quick and easy detection of near-surface moisture in a wide variety of materials, making it possible to locate moisture distributions in walls, floors and ceilings in a particularly time-efficient manner. Thanks to the dielectric measurement method, the moisture indication is completely non-destructive – no electrodes or probes need to be inserted into the material. The BM31 is ready for immediate use and impresses with fast response times and a clear, backlit display that shows not only the current real-time measurement value, but also helpful additional information such as minimum and maximum values at the touch of a button. The hold function allows the current measured value to be stored easily. In addition to fast moisture indication, the BM31 is also ideally suited as a preliminary testing device for assessing the readiness of building materials for CM measurements.
