Precise hydrogen leak detection – flexible, fast and non-destructive

The TS 810 SDI trace gas sensor detects hydrogen, for example from the commonly used 95/5 forming gas, and enables fast, non-destructive localisation of leaks by reliably indicating the highest hydrogen concentration within the measurement area. This makes it ideal for detecting cracks and leaks in pressure vessels, pipes and tanks. The sensor is fully powered by the T3000 multifunction measuring device, eliminating the need for separate batteries. Thanks to its flexible gooseneck, measurements can also be taken in hard-to-reach or inaccessible areas. In addition, a zero reset can be performed at the push of a button, enabling differential indication measurements using two real-time values from different positions.
