More contrast, less stray light – for precise leak detection at short distances

The filter attachment is specially designed for leak detection at short distances. Since the UV-Torchlight 15F emits not only UV light at 365 nm but also a certain amount of white light, this can be disturbing at short object distances and strong focus, potentially washing out fluorescent traces. The filter reduces this effect and provides significantly improved contrast. The attachment is simply slid onto the lamp and securely fixed with a side knurled screw. The filter glass can be easily lifted and swung aside when required, so the filter attachment does not have to be completely removed every time – practical, quick, and efficient for everyday use.
