The BP5F food thermometer is a user-friendly handheld device that is ready for operation within seconds and delivers fast, reliable temperature measurements across a wide range of –40 °C to +200 °C (probe) and –40 °C to +280 °C (infrared). Readings are clearly shown on a bright, backlit display, ensuring fatigue-free use even in poorly lit environments. The integrated infrared sensor measures surface temperatures—especially of food—with a response time of less than 500 ms, enabling rapid non-contact checks. To support HACCP-compliant food safety, three integrated indicator LEDs instantly show whether the measured temperature is below 4 °C, within the critical 4–60 °C range, or above 60 °C. This intuitive visual guidance allows quick identification of compliance or risk, making the BP5F an ideal solution for professional kitchens, food processing, and quality control applications.
